These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“Student,” “User,” or “You”) and English Home (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”), headquartered in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. By enrolling in any course or using our digital platform, you agree to the following: 1. Enrollment, Registration, and Access1.1 Non-Refundable Registration: Any registration or “seat booking” fee (including but not limited to ₹99/-) is strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable. This fee is charged to reserve a seat in a specific batch and covers administrative costs.1.2 Mandatory Commencement: Upon successful registration, the student must claim their course access or attend the first session within 48 hours (2 days) of the batch start date. Failure to do so without prior written intimation will result in the forfeiture of the seat and the fee, without any liability on English Home.1.3 No Batch Transfers: Since our English speaking batches have strictly limited seats for personalized attention, we do not allow students to “quit and join a later batch” or “carry forward” their fees. Once a batch is assigned, it is final. 2. Fees and Cancellation Policy2.1 Advance Payment: Full course fees must be paid prior to accessing live Zoom sessions or recorded materials unless a specific installment plan is approved in writing.2.2 No-Refund Policy: Once a student is granted access to the course materials or the Live Class link, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances, including personal reasons, change of mind, or time management issues.2.3 Payment Disputes: Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute initiated through a bank without contacting English Home first will lead to immediate termination of services. 3. Audio/Video Recording and Consent3.1 Student Prohibited from Recording: Students are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, or capturing live Zoom sessions, audio lectures, or proprietary content. Any violation is grounds for immediate termination without refund.3.2 English Home’s Right to Record: English Home reserves the right to record all live class sessions, including video, audio, and chat interactions, for educational, quality control, and promotional purposes.3.3 Promotional Use Consent: By enrolling in a course, the Student implicitly provides full, irrevocable, and royalty-free consent to English Home to use video clips, audio snippets, or chat screenshots (which may include the student’s face, voice, or name) for marketing, advertising, and promotional activities on social media (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram), website, or other platforms. The Student waives all rights to claim compensation for such use. 4. Code of Conduct and Discipline4.1 Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: English Home maintains a professional educational environment. Any form of misconduct, including the use of abusive language, harassment of teachers, inappropriate behavior during live sessions, or towards fellow students, will result in immediate permanent expulsion.4.2 Disciplinary Action: In the event of expulsion due to misconduct, the student will not be entitled to any refund or compensation. English Home reserves the right to report such behavior to relevant authorities if necessary.4.3 Communication Decorum: All communication via WhatsApp, Phone, or Zoom must remain professional. Repeated spamming or aggressive behavior with our support team is grounds for termination of access. 5. Intellectual Property Rights5.1 Proprietary Content: All lectures, PDFs, curriculum designs, and video recordings are the exclusive intellectual property of English Home.5.2 Prohibited Actions: Sharing login credentials or distributing proprietary materials to third parties is strictly prohibited. Any violation will lead to legal action under the Indian Copyright Act. 6. Disclaimer of Results6.1 Performance: While English Home provides high-quality pedagogical tools and expert guidance, language fluency is a skill that depends on the student’s dedication, attendance, and practice. We do not guarantee specific results or “instant fluency.”6.2 Technical Interruptions: We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services (Zoom, WhatsApp, ISP) or the student’s own hardware/internet issues. 7. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction7.1 Legal Framework: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.7.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute, claim, or legal proceedings, the parties irrevocably agree that the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 8.
